Hired Squarespace Designer to Build their New Website

How does an IT & Telecom Service Company go about connecting with enterprise-level and multi-site franchise owners? And how do General Contractors find cabling pros who know how to get large-scale installations of fiber optic and Cat6 cabling done?

Prime Data Communications came to Melinda Bak | Website Design to help them connect with their very specific audience. Our job was to create a website that communicated the unique skill-set they offered to an ever-growing marketplace, and to ensure that beneath an engaging website was the SEO (search engine optimization) to help them get found.

We at Melinda Bak | Website Design were incredibly excited to accept the challenge of developing a technical but approachable website to market the company’s services to their target audience.

Starting in the Squarespace Burke template, we crafted a parallax home page that opens with a customized video and numerous calls to action to bring the visitor into the website. A slideshow gallery above a visual grid offers several opportunities for potential clients to drill down into their specific area of interest. Likewise, a comprehensive Nationwide Services tab drops down a menu of the company’s various business-to-business service offerings, while the About menu includes a behind-the-scenes glimpse into Prime Data’s CEO and COO.

Insuring connectivity, the How It Works tab features an easy-to complete form that potential-clients complete, which then seamlessly launches into Prime Data’s new CRM - getting requests in front of project managers for a fast response.

We opted for a custom video to tell that story.

An URGENT button takes clients in a hurry directly to this quick intake form, making the new Prime Data Communications’ Squarespace website an excellent example of how IT and Telecom firms can take advantage of the flexibility afforded by Squarespace tools and integrations.
